Overview
KO Image is a commercial CGI, retouching, and compositing studio working with brands, agencies, and photographers. I create and refine imagery for advertising, product launches, e-commerce, and print—from fully rendered product images to detailed photographic retouching.
My work brings together photography and 3D, with close attention to lighting, materials, color, and composition.
Approach
Every project starts with understanding how the image will be used — the medium, the scale, the brand standards, and the production constraints. From there, I focus on natural refinement, accurate color, controlled detail, and seamless integration. The goal is always the same: deliver imagery that holds up across formats and feels resolved, not overworked.
Background
I earned my BFA at Rhode Island School of Design and my MFA at Art Center College of Design. That fine arts and design education informs how I approach every image: with an eye for form, an understanding of visual storytelling, and a commitment to craft.
CGI & Retouching
CGI opens up possibilities for product imagery, environments, and compositions that can be difficult to achieve through photography alone. Retouching and compositing bring those elements together, shaping the final image with control and precision.
I offer product CGI, architectural and interior imagery, commercial retouching, color correction, and photo compositing. Projects can range from a single hero image to a coordinated series of visuals.
Process & Collaboration
Clear communication is central to my process. We establish the creative direction, references, deliverables, and timeline at the start, then work through feedback with those goals in view.
I’m available for individual projects, additional production support, and ongoing collaboration. My aim is to become a dependable extension of your team, delivering thoughtful work and files ready for their intended use.
